Brenna Backe

Brenna Backe is the owner of Koa Fit Studio and has been a Personal Trainer since 2003. She has a BS in Exercise Science and is a certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) practitioner.

From her early years working in physical therapy clinics, Brenna saw that there was a missing link between injury/rehabilitation and the fitness programs that were available. People stopped their rehab programs and then launched themselves back into high intensity fitness routines without any smart transitioning. This usually lead them down the road of re-injury. Recognizing that there was a gap in the fitness industry, Brenna started Koa Fit as a way to help people live more fulfilling lives with less pain and injury.

Brenna can meet anyone where they are at and help them progress towards their goals. She specializes in identifying imbalances and teaching body control and awareness, which allows you to get stronger while avoiding injury and setbacks. She can fine-tune training to specifically address your needs for a specific sport, injury, or goal. Brenna is in it for the long-game. She wants you to feel strong, empowered, and accomplished everyday so you can move, play, and live to the fullest.
