Jon Manly

Jon Manly was born and raised in Boulder, CO, where he grew up skiing, snowboarding, hiking, playing competitive sports, and exploring the world. Jon found his passion for fitness in high school while he was playing football for Fairview and discovered both the physical and mental benefits that routine exercise rewards. From San Francisco to New York City, Jon has worked out of Physical Therapy clinics, Private Fitness Studios, as well as Commercial Gyms. These experiences have given Jon the opportunity to work with all kinds of clients; from people with serious injuries, people recovering from surgeries, to elderly with ambulatory inhibitions, people who just want to live a healthier life, elite athletes, and to the average gym-goer with physique goals. In particular, Jon has the greatest passion for helping people recover from injuries, prevent future injuries, and gain functional strength and mobility so they can enjoy their life to the fullest.
