Chi Gung Class
Chi Gung is a gentle form of exercise and energy cultivation, with Tai Chi Chuan being one of the most widely recognized forms. Through mindful movement, deep breathing, and fluid motion, this practice is designed to relax both the body and mind while improving awareness and connection.
